Pick-up and return of keyless cars

When renting a keyless car you will not meet with the car owner. Instead you will handle the rental contract and pick-up of the car via the GoMore app. Therefore we advise that you download the GoMore app well before the booking starts so that you can get more familiar with it. 

Most keyless cars have a specific parking spot but sometimes the car can be parked within a 500 m radius instead. Therefore you will receive an exact GPS-position sent to you via sms or push-notification 30 minutes before the rental starts. When it's time for the booking to start you will find a button to start the rental contract in the app, easily visible. 

The rental contract takes approximately 5 minutes to go through. You will need to photograph the car before unlocking it by taking 8 images from different angles. Make sure to take clear pictures in good lightning som that the whole car is documented. We also advice that you thoroughly examine the car and document any damages you notice, unless the car owner has already done so. 

You can unlock the car by clicking on the Unlock-button in the rental contract. Before driving away we also ask that you check the cars interior as well as dashboard. Most keyless cars have automatic reading of the cars fuel level and milage. If not, you should enter the correct numbers into the rental contract. 

When returning the car you will find parking instructions from the car owner in the app. Many cars do have specific parking instructions or parking lots but otherwise the car can be parked in a 500 m radius from where you picked it up. Please check the parking rules thoroughly before parking the car. If the car has a payed or private parking space it has to be returned to the same place. 
Note! If the car is in the street parking lot, the renter must be responsible for the car being able to stand there for at least 24 hours after returning. If you park your car illegally, you have to pay fines or fees for illegal parking.

Before leaving the car you will go through the same steps and in addition you can add any new damages or extra costs that arose during the rental. Before you lock the car using the app, make sure that you have not left any personal items in the car, that the car is clean both outside and inside, that you have put the car keys in the glove box. After that, you can close all the doors and lock the car through GoMore's application by pressing "Lock". As a last step, please check the door handle to make sure the car is locked.
